How To Make WiFi Networks Reappear After Suddenly Disappearing

So, one day I turn on my laptop and try to connect to my WiFi network, but I don't see any WiFi networks. I restarted my computer a couple of times, tried to run it in safe mode but there was no use. I couldn't even find any solutions on the internet. Other sites say that you need to update your driver etc BUT HOW THE HELL AM I GONNA UPDATE MY DRIVER WHEN MY INTERNET IS NOT WORKING. So, I tried to fix it without any internet. You can fix it in a few steps. BTW I have Windows 7 Pro (64-Bit).

STEP 1: 

Make sure you press the F2 button on your keyboard so that your WiFi is on. It is F2 on my laptop.

This will show when you press F2. Make sure the white border is around the first one. Like in the picture.

STEP 2:- 

Now click on start and type 'Update Drivers'. Then click on 'Update Device Drivers'. Then a window will open.

STEP 3:-

Now, like in the picture, double click 'Networks Adapters'.

Then click WLAN Half Mini Card. I'm not sure that it will be WLAN Half Mini Card but it might be similar to that.

STEP 4:-

After clicking 'WLAN Half Mini Card', a dialogue box will open.

Click on the General tab and click on 'Enable Device'. Another dialogue box will open, click next and then click finish.

Your WLAN will be enables in a few seconds, then check your networks.

If it still doesn't shows up then there's another problem and I would suggest that you show it to your laptop's manufacturer.

College Fees Of United States

Hey People of U.S, 

Today i'm gonna tell you about your college fees. Most of the people know you can be charged less college & university fees if you are a permanent resident (green card holder) or a passport holder (citizen/national). But you have to be eligible to be charged less tuition fees.

This is a little complicated but when you read it you will understand how it works.

So, the first thing you should know is that there are two types of tuition fees. In-state tuition fees and Out-of-state tuition fees.

IN-STATE TUITION FEES:-

In-state tuition fees are charged to those students who are a resident of the state of the college/university. To become a resident you have to live in that state for at least 12 months or more. In-state tuition fees are very less than Out-of-state tuition fees.

OUT-OF-STATE TUITION FEES:-

Out-of-state tuition fees are charged to those students who are not a resident of the state of the college/university. For example if you live in Pennsylvania and want to start college in California, then you will be charged Out-state fees.  Like I mentioned above you need to be a resident of that state and to become a resident you need to live in that state for at least 1 year or more.

For example if Ben lived in Baltimore and decided to attend college in Florida then Ben will have to pay Out-of-state fees for one year and after one year Ben will pay in-state fees.

I hoped you liked my last post about how to get rid of an ANNOYING virus. I spent 8 hours of my life trying to figure out how to remove it and because of having one laptop I had to get all of the removal instructions from my cousin's htc phone which is VERY VERY ANNOYING because we have some issues . . . . . haha JK. 
So where was I, yeah . . . . . I followed every single instruction from a site I googled ( which took me 8 hours) and after the final step which was restarting my laptop the stupid program was still there and that guide on the unknown site was USELESS..... and then I was like I wish all of this wouldn't happen to me. Then I happened to sign in my google account after like 8 months and I thought of seeing my blogs (in which I NEVER post ) and then I thought of writing a post of how to remove a virus from your computer. 

I know it sounds kind of geeky and then I wrote a post in 2 hours and 266 people viewed my page in 5 days. I know it is very less and I realized this today but still. So today, I was watching a movie with my cousin... my cousin.. yeah she lives in America and I have come to visit her and I might stay and start going to school here. It's pretty cool here. So I watched Mean Girls 2 with my cousin on my laptop, the movie was pretty awesome but everyone says that Mean Girls is way better than Mean Girls 2.  

Most of the character's in Mean Girls 2 are from Disney like Nicole Anderson from Jonas Brothers, Meagan Martin from Camp Rock, Jennifer Stone from Wizards Of The Waverly Place, Claire Holt from H2O Just Add Water (that Mermaid show), so that kind of makes you to NOT watch the movie, but that doesn't mean the movie is bad. It's pretty good.

How To Remove Live Security Platinum from Windows 7

What is Live Security Platinum?

Hey guys,

Today I saw a notification on my computer saying that my computer has been infected a lot therefore I clicked on it and as soon as I clicked on it a program started performing a scan and showed infected files like trojan. The program kept on popping up a dialogue box saying that I have an unregistered copy of this program and I have to buy it to remove the infected files. But these 'infected' files can't be removed because they don't exist in your computer. 

This program 'Live Security Platinum' is a virus. I realized this when I couldnt open any program. Once L.S.P. (Live Security Platinum) is running  on your computer, it doesn't let you open any other program by saying that this file is infected. 

So my internet wasn't working even in safe mode because I use a dongle (USB Internet Stick). But I still removed this program. Most of the people on other sites will give you solutions that will take you hours to remove this virus. Even I followed one site and in the end the virus was still there. The steps below will tell you how I removed the program.

Tips :

1. Don't mess around with your computer if you don't know what to do.
2. Read & Follow the steps carefully.
3. It will be better for you to read the upper paragraph first so that you know if you are/were in the same situation.

How To Remove Live Platinum From Windows 7 64-Bit

I think that this process will probably work on all versions of Windows 7.

Step 1 :  Restart your computer and enter safe mode. You can enter safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly while booting (before the windows logo shows up). For some Windows/PC's try holding the F8 key for a while before the windows logo shows up. 

This screen will show up after pressing F8. Scroll to Safe Mode with Networking and press Enter. Then Windows will enter safe mode. Everything will be larger in safe mode.

Step 2 : After logging into your computer, click on start and type 'live security'. The program will be in the the search results. 

Now right click the program and click properties. Copy the text written after target. Avast And Google Chrome are just examples.

Step 3:  After copying the target of the virus, open windows explorer (e.g. pictures, music, computer etc) and paste the address in the address bar. Read the next step CAREFULLY before doing anything else.

Step 4 : Now remember when you paste the text, you have to remove some text. When you paste the text , remove the text which is after the last slash. For e.g. 

C:\Users\aftab\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe

This is the location for Google chrome in my computer. The last slash is bold and larger. The text after the last slash is chrome.exe. After removing the text it becomes :

C:\Users\aftab\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application.

Similarly you have to remove the TEXT after the last slash. If you are not sure what to do you can send your 'Live Security' Target to frunky47@gmail.com and I will remove the text for you.

Step 5: Assume that Google Chrome is the 'Live Security' program. You copy the location of 'Live Security' from it's properties like I copied the location of Google Chrome in the video. Then you open windows explorer and paste the address in the address bar like I pasted Google Chrome's location in the video. Then you remove the text after the LAST SLASH like I removed 'chrome.exe' in the video and you press ENTER. Then you click the folder before 'Live Security' like I clicked LOCAL because it was before Google. Then you will find a folder named 'Live Security'. All you have to do is delete that folder and then delete it from the recycle bin.

Step 6: The final step is to run a full scan on your computer and delete any remaining infected files.
